Travel back in time when young ladies were taught to sip tea, make pleasant conversation and roll strips of paper to make intricate designs. This will be a beginning quilling class covering the basic shapes. You'll also complete a Valentine project for someone special. See a sample at the shop along with a brief history of quilling.

**Additional supplies required.

 1. Decorative background paper
2. 1/8" paper strips (coordinate colors with decorative paper)
(1-4 colors for flowers and 1-3 greens for leaves/stems)
3. Quilling tool
